NewLand is a client focused, entrepreneurial and highly effective commercial property consultancy, specialising in all aspects of the property investment and development sectors. Principally we are a land agency focussing in on disposals and acquisitions.

The NewLand client network includes major housebuilder plc’s, funds, propco’s, private trusts and high net worth individuals and we work across all living sectors, with a focus on change of use from land and commercial to living uses – housing, BTR. co-living, care, retirement.

Our objective is to add value to all our clients’ commercial property assets, whether through investment broking or through development and asset management, using the extensive property market knowledge and experience we have gained over the last 13 years.
Meet The Team
Will spent 11 successful years at Colliers following a masters degree in Real Estate at the age of 21 in London. Will joined the Colliers graduate scheme working largely in the West End investment and Residential development and was one of the youngest staff members to be made a director at the age of 29.
Since leaving Colliers he joined Brayfoxsmith for 2.5 years as a partner with a focus on residential development land.

Max has recently finished a number of work experience roles in the industry following his A Levels. He is looking to grow his knowledge in a career path that akin to his family background. Having a father for a property developer, Max understands the development and planning process and is crucial in managing the day to day operations of the business; including canvassing and handling enquiries.
